Our kitchen sink was clogged so I called to get it fixed. The technician arrived within the hour and was able to fix our sink and clean out the pipes in 30mins! Everyone I interacted with at the company was professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend Crown Plumbing!

Came out promptly on a Saturday at no additional charge. I called probably half a dozen plumbers and they had the most reasonable quote. Matt was extremely upbeat and positive, especially unusual given that is was a cold, dark, Saturday night and he was working outside. Will absolutely use them again. The coupon on yelp is extremely generous!

The did not want my business. Never called me back to schedule a service call (I contacted on Sunday and Monday) - Tues I get a call that I will get a call when they get the part in.... Guess the part never showed up. Its been a week and still no call, nor an apology if there was a mishap.

I found another plumber who came out the same day (they did carry the part).

The technician Macielle Rivera has very poor standards , he was supposed to physically come between 1-3pm and he called at 4:14 pm and seemed in a hurry and randomly quoting me some price , I was explaining him to come and diagnose so that he gets an accurate idea of the problem and then we can discuss price , he mentioned that was rude and got into an argument , I had to forgo his services because of the poor standards and disrespectful behavior

My kitchen faucet was fixed promptly. Outstanding job done!

They installed my tankless water heater in 2014 with excellent service. I just had them out to do the annual flush on it and I am extremely pleased with their work, friendliness, and expertise .

I had an outdated water softener system which needs to be replaced. I checked with a few vendors on Yelp, Evo Water is one of the first to respond. They came in on time to evaluate the whole house and provided valuable advices on which system is best suited for my house. The cost is also comparable to others. They came in within a week or so to install the system. The water quality is night and day difference than before, much better of course ;-) they are even helpful and responsive when I had a few follow on questions a few weeks after the installation. Great service overall!

I had a 30 year hose bibb that was leaking that I wanted to replace. But it was very tight that even with two men could not get it loose. I tried applying lub and heat gun. But to no avail. So I contacted a couple of plumbers. Both of them replied the same day. But Jaime of Swags went out of his way to call me and found out we used the wrong tools and method. And then he described what I can to to fix it. And then he sent me several pictures as to what tools to use and how to use them in my case. He did all that without fee. And he offered to come by if I still have problems and help us without charge as a courtesy to get it loose. And Jaime quoted a specific next step if that is needed.

We followed his advise to get the correct tools and use the method he prescribed and the same two men then easily get the hose bibb out!

The other plumber only quoted a high price just to get this loose.

It is hard to find some a skilled, kind and honest plumber who is on your side instead of trying to make a kill. I would put Swags on the top of my plumber's list.

I had a great experience in dealing with Integrity Plumbing. Marlon did a great job in replacing my old pressure regulator valve , shut off valve, and faucet. He also fixed my bath/shower thermostatic cartridge, and added an expansion tank to my water heater. . He is friendly and a straight shooter who gives his honest opinion of what needs to be done. His pricing is reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Integrity Plumbing.

Martin was very responsive and helped schedule the appointment since the clog was urgent . He arrived within the window he mentioned and notified earlier . Took a look at the clog and fixed it . Made sure the drain happened afterward and cleaned up the overflow as well. He also took a look at one other aerator issue on one of the pipes in sink and recommended what to do so it does not cost much . Overall was very satisfied on service off thoughtful work from universal plumbing.

My technician was Steven he’s was very nice and got right to the source of my problem I had with a outdoor pipe leak . They were also very reasonable with there cost and I can’t thank you ?? guys enough it’s been so hard to find response companies and you guys nailed it thank you!!!

EJ Plumbing does it again! Great service. Luis and his team were amazing. They made the process very easy. I had to replace the sewer lines under my house. They worked quickly and did their best to respect my landscaping in the front yard. They were efficient, polite, professional and did great work. Thank you Luis and crew!

We have used Venture Plumbing for many different plumbing needs and have recommended them to family members and friends - telling them not to waste their time trying to get multiple estimates, etc. We went through all of that until we found Venture and they have proven themselves over and over. Norah is incredibly responsive and quick to schedule the work and Derek and his team are so professional and go above and beyond to make sure the work is 100% to your satisfaction. Their pricing is very competitive and they have always provided various options vs the most expensive option. They're very trustworthy and honest people who actually care a/b the people as well as the job.

I believe this company, Aquatek Plumbing San Jose, CA, overcharges significantly for an average job they do, to the point that I consider them not being ethical. In my case, my contact was very arrogant, difficult to work with, answered e-mail fine, but not the phone messages. I chose Aquatek Plumbing only because the HOA had them do the video scanning of the sewer line starting on my property and continuing through common area (I had paid half of the video cost). The job I gave Aquatek Plumbing was to repair three feet sewer line, on my property in San Jose, CA, which was damaged by tree roots. In my opinion, after they do the video, they overcharge significantly to do the repair job, because, they know if you go to another company the new company may have to do the video scanning again and charge you for it. As a multiple property owner for the past 48 years, I have worked with many service organizations and I have found this company to be unethical, significantly overcharge and be very difficult to work with. I would not recommend them to anyone, including HOAs.
