I called Chandler Plumbing with a water heater emergency for a rental property. They responded immediately, and set up a service call for the same day, actually within a few hours. The technician showed up on time, and was able to replace my water heater right away. They were fast, professional and took care to protect the area that they were working and while removing the old water heater. The price was exactly what they quoted and I would definitely use them again. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service.

Armando was professional and courteous. He clearly explained each step of the work he had to do to clear what started as a backed up toilet and ended up with replacing our sewer pipe. We still need to get the work signed off for permits, so I am expected Armando and his crew back tomorrow to fill in the giant holes in our front yard.

We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. I received a couple of huge water bills from the city, so I called Freedom to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong. Turned out that I had a busted water main that was draining toward the street, so there were never any telltale puddles in my yard. Freddy gave me an estimate and got me on his schedule for the next week. Rain caused some delays, but they came on the next business day to install a temporary above-ground line so that I wouldn't be wasting water (and money). When they came out to do the repair, the crew was quick, did a great job, and kept my yard almost entirely intact. A few days after the main was replaced, I realized that my sprinklers weren't working, so I got back in touch and Freddy sent a couple guys out the next day to get those back online. Overall, my experience with Freedom Underground was very positive, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to get some underground plumbing work done. Thanks, Freedom!

Great fast friendly service

Jerry was exceptional to deal with. Prompt with initial response. Showed up within the time window quoted. He had a great attitude and was very personable. He went above and beyond to figure out what was happening with a fruit fly infestation after concluding that the drain cleaning that we called him for was not the cause of the issue. Reasonably priced as well! Will definitely be calling him again if we need plumbing help!

Trenchfree recently replaced a very old clay pipe sewer line, that had a lot of tree root issues, with the HDPE pipe. They handled the challenges in the replacement very well, as the original installation was very old. They installed brand new clean outs and there was no trace of any digging after they finished the work. They took care of pulling the permits and getting the city inspection ( done via zoom due to Covid).. On the whole an excellent job well done by a dedicated crew.

VERY DEPENDABLE, HE WORKS QUICKLY, HAS A WELL STOCKED PLUMBING VAN, AND IF IT'S A LARGE JOB, HE HAS A GREAT ASSOCIATE NAMED BERNARD WHO ALSO KNOWS HIS STUFF! FRAUD! AVOID! EXTREMELY TERRIBLE! I would rather to rate 0 star if possible. Aaron came to my place and found plumbing leak. He used a tap to seal the leaking area and asked us to buy a new one. He charged $280 and said that he would come back and install the new pump for us within 90 days. We trusted him and paid him by Venmo.

However, after the new pump was delivered and we tried to schedule a time with him every single day during a week, Aaron always postponed, kept lying, then not responding my message anymore and never showed up. When we called him to check the time. He swore at us and threaten that he knew our address.. That's ridiculous!

We heard another neighbor complaining about him as well. Now he has been blacklisted in our community. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
