We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

I reached out to Genmor because my mom had her pipes installed with them. When the city came out to inspect, they asked her who did her pipes? She told them Genmor and the inspector stated, they did a great job. For my place, I not only had my pipes completely re piped but, had the shower heads in both bathrooms raised. I am super happy with they sealed up the walls even with the job after. I also installed a water filter at the main. I can already fell a difference how my water feels to me. I love love it! They took their time, explained thoroughly to me the job. Also the sheetrock came out awesome. Would highly recommend them! :)

Joseph arrived promptly after notifying me he was on the way. Upon arriving he tackled my my shower plumbing job & completed the job in no time. Plus he checked plumbing under my bathroom sink to be sure everything tight. I was impressed as cleaned up after himself.

They were on time and very polite but charge a lot to just come look at a problem. I felt cornered into a over priced work order for a water heater. I did find someone else to replace my water heater in the same amount of time it was going to take them to do it. By going with another company, using the same product, to replace my water heater I saved $2000. I lost my $165 to Ben Franklin just for looking at the problem I will not ever use them again.

Great work and I am very pleased with their service. Bay Area Plumbing started work on the sewer line out in my front yard right away (it broke right where my sewer pipe meets the city sewer pipe). Roots had grown through from a tree in our front yard. They started work the same day and Bay Area Plumbing handled calling 811 (Underground Service Alert) for me; they handled the permit needed with the City of San Jose (I did not know that a permit is needed when repairing the sewer line), which saved me time from filing one myself. They had to dig 7+ feet down in my yard (due to my raised front yard) in order to get to the broken sewer line. I was only without water for maybe an hour or so during the process. The longest wait was for the City Inspector to approve and sign off on the work. The work was finished a lot quicker than I expected and done correctly. I was kept well informed of the progress, and the next steps in the process (I've never had a sewer line problem before). Bay Area Plumbing always brought me outside to explain the situation as their work progressed, also taking pictures of the progress and sent them to me for my records (before, during and after pictures). His entire crew was very friendly and professional. Thank you for a great job.

Steven was really good and really helped us out by replacing our water heater that wasn’t working. He got guys to work over the weekend and worked us into their busy schedule so that we had hot water. It was a complicated AO Smith water heater replacement and these guys did a great job. After getting six different quotes, we chose Aaron Plumbing, and we were delighted with the experience and service for our new tankless water heater. We started our search with the outsourced vendors: Water Heaters Only, Sears, and Home Depot, and besides the outrageous quotes, did not like dealing with a salesperson, so removed from the actual purpose. Instead, we looked at a family-owned business and chose Aaron, who was not the cheapest but someone we could trust and like. He responded ASAP to my texts and concerns. Outstanding impressions were how smooth the city approved the final permit and the daily cleanups.

Called in the morning for a backed up sewage pipe and had someone come out within half an hour. They were able to clear the clog quickly. Highly recommended.

Our bathroom sink faucets were rusted and leaking. Oscar tok my call, and was very professional. After getting details and pictures of the faucets, he scheduled a technician to come out the next day, and advised me of their charges to do full diagnosis. Alexandr was on time, and worked non-stop. Then, they gave me the final estimate of labor charges. Alex got replacement faucets from the store, and installed them. Entire job was done efficiently, and very well. We are very.pleased at their quick response. Definitely recommend United Plumbing.

Softener + whole house filter + RO installation, great work, responsively

Carlos and his team have done a significant amount of plumbing for us in 2023. They have fixed a leak under the kitchen sink, replaced the waste lines under the house, and replaced both the sewer line and fresh water line in the yard. The plumbing dated back to the late 1940's, so it was a relief to have it replaced before a failure. Their work has always been professional, timely, and code compliant. We were updated for their arrival at least the day before. Any disruptions to our water or sewer services were minor and always lasted less than a day. Carlos also added very useful modifications to the original layout, in order to modernize everything and provide easy access when needed.
I highly recommend Golden State Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Called for sump pump not working. At the start, told them that I have already tried getting electric source from two outlets and the pump still not working. Charged Level 2 diagnostics and replaced the gfci outlet just to tell me that the issue is the pump failure when I told them the same at the start. They told me that this how professionals diagnose failures. Disappointing service. Could have given zero if that was possible.

Update: Called the manager of the technicians and as expected neither did they pick the call nor did they return my call. COMPLETELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.
