Quick, communicative, responsive, conscious of my schedule, and did a great job. Evan helped me and he was great. He also suggested further work that we could do to help prevent further issues, without selling/pushing me. I already plan to call them back.

Called for an appointment to get my only shower fixed. I got one for two days later with a two hour time window. Two hours before the appointment they called and pushed it back for 2 days! I get not being able to guarantee a time but that’s what the window part of an appointment window is for. Pushing it back days right before the appointment window is unprofessional, inconsiderate of customers time and needs. If you can’t fit me in just tell me that upfront. Don’t schedule me and then be shady. If I can’t trust you to be honest about that why would I trust anything else you advise?

I had Alex Senegal arrive today on schedule as the service technician. I was
exceptionally pleased with Alex both for his knowledge, service excellence, and professional manner. He represents Mr. Rooter at a five star rating.

I would use Mr. Rooter again and would also recommend Alex as someone to ask for due to his excellent service.

Recently had the pleasure of using Genmor Plumbing for some much-needed drain cleaning services. Their team was professional, efficient, and thorough.

Excellent availability, responsiveness and communication during a plumbing emergency.Plumber was A+++Only downside was cost at over $270/hr, which is obviously excessive.

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

We had our entire aging sewer system replaced! All of the original cast iron pipes under our house and the line leading from our house to the city's main sewer line. Martin and Axel were very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent work. They were always in communication with us so we always knew what was going to happen on what day. They are the definition of a business with integrity. I highly recommend them.

Alex was on time, worked fast to diagnose the issue, and very upfront with the estimate and what was needed. He took time to explain very well what he was doing while he was doing it and gave me some insight into what was causing the issue and how to do preventative maintenance.

Called in the morning for a backed up sewage pipe and had someone come out within half an hour. They were able to clear the clog quickly. Highly recommended.

Respectful, professional, and safe. Eric and his partner arrived with masks and did a wonderful job with my whole-house filter, water softener, and under sink RO installation. Aqua Logic Plumbing was the 4th company I contacted and was by far the most price competitive and friendly! They were happy to answer my endless questions, give recommendations, and even advise me against adding more parts that I thought I needed but didn't. There was a small snag they ran into that was not their fault but handled it very well. They even swept up and took away the boxes of the products I ordered for installation! I would definitely recommend their very fairly priced service.

Aqua Flow Plumbing came to my house this morning and did an amazing job. The pricing was very fair and they were very efficient will fixing everything that needed to be fixed. There was a leak under my sink in my bathroom and Dave was quickly able to fix the issue and offer really good advice to keep in mind to prevent further links and other drain issues with my house. Great job Dave! I will for sure use Aqua Flow Plumbing again.

They showed up on time. Did the underground job that needed to be done that the HOA said was not their responsibility. The bill was a little higher than I had expected, the parts are marked up quite a bit.
