We worked with Brian, who was awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and did a great job explaining everything/answering our endless questions. He even worked hard to truly understand the root cause of our problem and identified that a cap was left in the pipes! We had an emergency at 9 pm; we called Drain Doctor based on the reviews. We spoke with Vivian; she was accommodating and was very communicative; the technician Jake Jang arrived in less than an hour. We live in an Eichler home, so it was tricky, but Jake went above and beyond and had the cleanout and main sewer line cleared in an hour. Highly recommend!!
