It was great to work with Local Rooter. They showed up within the 2-hour window we were given and were ready to work. Our clogged pipe could not be cleaned for several attempts, but we were not charged for the visit. They provided a video inspection to see what caused the blockage inside the pipe. It was heavy tree root, and the clogged pipes needed to be replaced. They were able to get started the next day, which was a Saturday and finished with clean up on Sunday. Everyone we worked with was very professional, pleasant, and helpful. Highly recommend Local Rooter for everyone.

Inexpensive drain cleaning, but of course, they try and upsell you. The technician wanted me to get a Hydrojet flushing, but I passed as they wanted $600 for this service and I think it can be purchased for less.

Jesus was awesome. He came out on Father's Day, early Sunday morning, to fix a clogged shower which turned out to be a backed up sewer drain. Talked me through every step of the process, quickly identified the location of the blockage, and got us back to normal! It was the best experience I've had with a plumber. Martin did an exceptional job installing a water softener / whole house water purifier for our home. I did research for a year trying to find the best one to purchase. We had an old Culligan softener that we wanted to replace and to also add a water purifier. Martin was wonderful sharing his extensive knowledge of water softeners/purifiers and was very responsive to all my inquiries. Exceptional plumbing company, they are real experts in the plumbing business. Our construction company hired Hickey and Sons to do a plumbing job for the multi-unit building, and they did it very well.

Very bad experience with the service. I felt that I was scammed. The technician was an hour late without notice. He spent time to collect by asking a lot of private information which is irrelevant to this repair. This J. Technician starting by asking customer to sign a lot of lengthy e-docs on his I- pad which I am sure most people won’t read to facilitate his charges. He asked for $597 in order to start his debugging on top of the $89 dispatch fees, which I had my suspicions and call other companies in private and found other companies only charge $89 dispatch including debugging found out in 10 mins. Scam customers for more $$$ on a short term gain is never a good idea for a long business.

Furnace needs urgent repair on a Friday night in the winter when the family is away. The personnel promptly reacted to our message, and by Saturday midday, they had arrived on the scene to repair a capacitor and got the system up and running. There was no pressure or sales pitch to do more than was necessary to get the unit back online despite the complete explanation of the problem and clarity around the possibility of other issues (older unit). We highly recommend this company and will use them as our first port of call for any future work or replacement equipment.?
