Matt was extremely upbeat and positive, especially unusual given that is was a cold, dark, Saturday night and he was working outside. Will absolutely use them again. Sewer line clean out. Good price and Trieu ran a camera down the line to see what all the obstacles were. Roots of course. I hope to avoid the more $$ hydrojet root cutting 'operation' for a while longer, but when needed, I'll be calling Local Rooter & Plumbing again. Thanks.

I came home from a business trip to find water in my garage. My water heater had started leaking (it was really old). Chandler's plumbing responded quickly had same day service and competitive pricing. Mario showed up actually a little early but was very polite and patient while I was waiting for some one to return and move their car out of the way. All in all a very positive experience.

I had a somewhat unique leak detection issue. I am on the HOA for my condo complex and one of our buildings in a shared water line which likely has pipe leak somewhere. I explained this to their customer service when I made the appointment.

When their tech arrived, he told me he couldn't help me because it was a shared water line. He also had trouble understanding that I was not calling about the building I lived in, I needed help with the meter for a different building.

I took off work this afternoon to meet them at the complex. It ended up being a waste of my time.

The company called me after I wrote this review. For what it is worth, the tech was friendly and the customer service was helpful. I am sure they are good in most cases, I just had a bad experience.

Contacted the office and Martin arrived within a couple of hours. Was pleasant, articulate and professional, asked all the right questions and then promptly ran a snake and cleared the line.

The job price & customer service was exceptional and will use again! Their communication from start to finish was excellent. I paid by credit card over the phone upon completing the job. By the way they are a CA licensed full service plumbing service! So they do more than just install gas water heater!

The worst experience I have ever had with a sub contractor. Here is my story. We needed someone to come and unclog a toilet. We called Go Go Rooter, they came out and said the job would be $1950 to snake/cable/use a camera, dig a trench and put in ABS pipe to the clean out. Maybe around 8' of pipe. No concrete involved, everything was under the lawn. After digging the trench I was told two things: Good news we are not going to charge you $1950, but only $950 as it wasn't as bad as we thought. But the bad news is, we have a major problem and now it is going to cost $6700 to do the job. I complained and the price was reduced to $5500. REALLY????? I told them to stop and I would call them back. I called another plumber who came out the same day and finished the major problem job for $1500. I was shocked to see the difference in price for the same job. Do you cll Go Go Rooter honest people? I don't. They are crooks and should not be doing business in this hemisphere. A letter is going to the CSLB with a major complaint.

I've used AQP multiple times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. Keith is usually the plumber who comes out and he's extremely capable, caring and trustworthy. AQP is usually able to respond to appointment requests very quickly--I intend to use them whenever I have my next plumbing need.

Freddy and his staff were prompt, responsive and very respectful. I called them in the morning and he came out the same day to give us a quote. He was able to complete the work quicker than we expected. They kept their work area safe and cleaned up when they were finished. We would highly recommend!

Martin helps me fix the leak in an hour. Good and efficient.

Justin was able to diagnose the problem quickly as the chain in the toilet tank was too tight and was letting a slow amount of water down the drain. He adjusted the chain tension and fixed the problem quickly. No charge for the repair. One caveat: Justin installed the toilet eight months ago and the toilet was used infrequently during that time frame.

We had a clog in our home. Dirty was coming back up into the downstairs. We called Señor Rooter Plumbing and a very nice man named Gilbert came to our home. He sent a camera down the main line to find out exactly what was causing the water to flow back into the house. Once identified he was able to make all repairs and left everything running perfect. I cannot thank them enough for their promptness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

We had a leak on the boiler extension tank for our water heating system, and we needed someone to come the same day ASAP (or it would've caused some damage to the bamboo flooring nearby). Found them on Yelp, requested a quote, and they responded within minutes. Got something scheduled for a few hours later, and the technician came over, replaced the tank, and that was that. Super responsive, professional, cleaned up after...couldn't ask for a better experience. Would recommend and use again in the future.
