Evo is super responsive and fast. I like that they were happy to take my million questions by email while I thought up my options. Eventually found a water system that fit our needs. I'll admit that I wish the install job was done a little bit more artistic and neat but that's because my dad has always been the handyman and made things really really perfect in every way. I'm not sure anyone can match his standard.

Plumbtree plumbing is my go to for any plumbing needs. I recently had them out to replace 2 toilets, some washer lines and shower heads. Came to do a bid and bid really high instead of telling me that he didn't want to do the project.. I have run in to this before with contractors. I have been running jobs for decades. Oh well.

Salvador and Carlos showed up right on time and proceeded to methodically track down the source of two GFCI plugs tripping. I have had a lot of remodels done on my house, and there are multiple electrical panels and subpanels around here, any of which, in my mind, might have been the source of these issues.

Long story short: they figured out that a switch controlling an outdoor awning, installed decades ago, (and apparently mis-installed) was shorting out and tripping the outside GFCI and an indoor one as well.

After that discovery, it was fairly straightforward, although I still might have that switch re-engineered to prevent this from happening again.

Both Salvador and Carlos were efficient and communicated everything they were doing in an easy to understand manner. I was very happy with their work, and really happy to have my outdoor lights and kitchen plugs working again!

From start to finish, Fuse HVAC was very professional. I found them on Yelp and when I messaged multiple companies they were the most responsive and understanding. During one of the hottest weeks of this year, our AC decided to stop working. After calling 2 other competitors, Fuse was able to schedule an appointment to come out at the end of the week.

My home is fairly new and less than 2 years old. I would’ve expected the builder to install parts and contracted good workmanship that lasted at least 5 years before breaking. We’ve always had HVAC issues even during our first months walkthroughs due to warranty and when the one year warranty expired, things started to break. Bandaids are never a good sign.

Before the repair tech came for the scheduled diagnosis, a text and email arrived letting me know who was coming and when he would arrive. Day of the appointment, Kostas arrived on time and brought face mask with shoe covers. I gave him a run down of what I think was happening, let him in to my attic where the HVAC system was located and he did his thing. After a couple minutes upstairs and checking my outdoor condenser, he pinpointed my Freon was all gone. His team sent me an estimate for the job via email and I promptly accepted. He filled the condenser Freon and added a stop leak fluid in case there was a micro crack in the tubing. He also diagnosed my HVAC zone control box malfunctioned so I needed a new part which had to be scheduled for another visit while they ordered the part. I accepted the second estimate for repair. With all my initial complaints about my AC system, Kostas addressed and fixed my issues. My second appointment will be continued on another follow up review.

All in all, my first impression of Fuse HVAC was great. I recommend this company to diagnose any HVAC related issues. Professional, on-time, quick to fix, affordable, and dependable. They warranty labor for 6 months. Parts are warrantied for 6 or 12 months depending on the type installed. I’ll definitely keep their contact information in my speed dial for other HVAC related issues and problems. A good HVAC company is hard to find that’s reliable and professional.

We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

He performed the following eight (8) tasks: (1) Replaced bathtub & shower door guide (2) Replaced Window AC carbon filter (3) Duct inspection (4) Fixed leaking duct collar (5) Sealed ceiling holes due to prior smoke detectors (6) Set rat traps in attic (7) Filled gaps in all roof corners (8) Repaired fence door from scratching ground cement. I will definitely use him again with referral to friends.
