Fast and great service for my toilets and professional suggestions on my water heater noise issue

I am very impressed by Swags Plumbing with their honesty , eager to help , accessibility, easy to talk with, skill and transparency on their plan and charge before a job is done.

I had a 30 year hose bibb that was leaking that I wanted to replace. But it was very tight that even with two men could not get it loose. I tried applying lub and heat gun. But to no avail. So I contacted a couple of plumbers. Both of them replied the same day. But Jaime of Swags went out of his way to call me and found out we used the wrong tools and method. And then he described what I can to to fix it. And then he sent me several pictures as to what tools to use and how to use them in my case. He did all that without fee. And he offered to come by if I still have problems and help us without charge as a courtesy to get it loose. And Jaime quoted a specific next step if that is needed.

We followed his advise to get the correct tools and use the method he prescribed and the same two men then easily get the hose bibb out!

The other plumber only quoted a high price just to get this loose.

It is hard to find some a skilled, kind and honest plumber who is on your side instead of trying to make a kill. I would put Swags on the top of my plumber's list.

Took a shower at my friends house using a tankless water heater and water softener and I thought to myself oh my goodness if I ever own a house I want this… And since I rent from my sister I told her she needed to get this and she finally agreed, but I had to find the plumber for her to approve. So, after meeting with several companies we decided on a Aaron’s Plumbing & Rooter not only was the pricing competitive Aaron was very knowledgeable and explaining to us the process of installing a tankless water heater and a water softener. He showed up with his guys and in a few days the work was done. He warrantee his work and told me if I ever had any problems with the system to go ahead and give him a call… Not only am I happy my sister took a shower and she was amazed at the difference in the quality of the water well as how quick the water got hot she didn’t have to turn on the shower 10 minutes before her shower to get the water running hot. Jerry was exceptional to deal with. Prompt with initial response. Showed up within the time window quoted. He had a great attitude and was very personable. He went above and beyond to figure out what was happening with a fruit fly infestation after concluding that the drain cleaning that we called him for was not the cause of the issue. Mike is our go-to plumber. He is the first one we call whenever we have a plumbing problem at our soup kitchen. He was the one who solved our flooding problem. Years ago, everytime we turn on the washer the kitchen would flood. Rotorooter came three times and the problem was not fixed. Mike discovered that our pipes were too narrow. He replaced some of the pipes and the problem went away.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.
