Had some recent work done to replace some cracked/broken toilet and shower pipes in an 100+ year old house.
Matt and his team were great. They kept us updated on progress and were thorough in their work. Super pleased with the results!

We had a broken dishwasher disposal and called Bueno Plumbing. They were able to send someone out the same day, but I wasn't available to meet with them until the next day. Kevin came out on time and quickly assessed the damage, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and had it working again in no time. He was so friendly & knowledgeable. They made the whole process really simple, I would highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the plumber. He came in did the work in minimal amount of time and gave us suggestions to better our system...very pleased indeed.

Fast service and work well done

First time experiencing a pipe leak, first time realizing how important speedy plumbing service is! We called Roto-Rooter since it was 24-7. They set us up with an appointment the very next day. Greg arrived and figured out the problem—a disconnected shower valve. The project got more complicated and we ended up having to replace the entire thing due to a poor job done by the last owner. While frustrating, Greg’s professionalism and honesty left us feeling in good hands. It wasn’t cheap, but let’s be real, I wasn’t going to try to do that myself. If you can, ask for Greg, but I couldn’t recommend Roto-Rooter enough!

We wanted to do water re-pipe, and I was calling plumbers to get house inspected. R.P.S charge $49 for coming over and inspect, while lot many do not. From reviews R.P.S looked good, and I thought to get quote and hand them over job.
Plumber came over. Rather than inspecting the house professionally he simply kept saying three words -- This is weird . He didn't want to go into crawl space, didn't want to do any real inspection.
Please avoid inspection from this company.

Ben Franklin Plumbing has been out several times this year for various jobs. They have proved timely, reliable and experienced. Their plumbers are pleasant and patient , do a thorough inspection, and explain what needs to be done and why. Their work and materials are good, and they clean up afterwards. They may be more costly than other companies, but so far they have done quality work at our home. I am satisfied as plumbing has to last years, so it is worth the investment and peace of mind.

Not recommended. I'll be charitable and say no more, other than to simply say: Call a different company. You'll be glad you did in the end.

Awesome plumbing company

Love this company. Honest, efficient and competitively priced. This is our second time using them for a major (sewer line replacement and now complete re-pipe and adding sewer clean out) plumbing projects and so far, I have not been disappointed!!

Called back a couple of times AC still not working

Our toilet backed up on a Sunday morning. It was a mess. Our previous plumber had a outgoing message they no longer do weekends or after hour service. Found Platinum Rooter & Plumbing and called at 9:30am was told they could probably be out by noon. They arrived at 11:00 am and cleared the clog. We found our new plumber, We are very happy campers in my house.

Ted's plumbing very promptly helped me evaluate a large water leak at my home. He replaced the main water shutoff valve to the house as well as other needed plumbing repairs to correct the water leak . He arrived on time, cleaned up after done and was reasonably priced. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
