These guys did a great job removing galvanized pipes and re-routing the water lines in my 100 year old house. He was responsive via email, phone, and text; accommodating to various requests from me and my wife; and got the work done as planned.

I called Chandler Plumbing on a Thursday morning to address a leaking shower faucet for hopefully that day. Chandler Plumbing came recommended from Google Home Services so I though I would give them a chance.

I gave them a ring and the person who answered was great. A plumber was scheduled to arrive and I even received an email and text messages confirming such. I called at 8am and the plumber was to arrive between 9 - 10am. So far, so good!

The plumber arrived around 9:15 and within 5 minutes of looking at the leak the plumber had a diagnosis and remedy in mind. Having done some research myself I asked him to check a few other possibilities of the cause. Sure enough, it was a leaky call and stem as I suspected.

The plumber was able to locate a replacement/repair kit and within 30 minutes the leak was fully repaired.

Tried to upsell me on an unnecessary job after stating they couldn’t snake out the sewer line. Another company completed the job 30 minutes after elite left !

We had a leak in our main service line starting on a Friday night and water was gushing up our sidewalk. I called six companies. Three of them told me to call a different company and didn't want to come out despite being within a 5 mile radius to me. I called American Leak Detection and they didn't have an appointment available for another three weeks while there we were, not having water. The fifth company showed up, took a look at it, and didn't want to do it.

Genmor Plumbing was my sixth call on Monday. Genaro showed up that day, inspected it, came up with a plan, quoted me a price which I accepted, then in two hours, we had a temporary fix that got us water flowing again. On Wednesday, the city came by to mark the sidewalk to ensure that we wouldn't hit any important underground lines, and then on Friday, Genaro showed up with his crew, replaced 30 feet of PVC piping with more durable copper pipes, replaced our pressure regulator as well as our obsolete water shutoff valve, then covered the trench all in 8 hours. The next day, Genaro came by to do some finishing touches, completed the job, then we paid their invoice a few days later.

This was a big job and they were the only one who wanted to do it. Not only that, they did it professionally and with quality. It seems that they usually do bigger plumbing jobs for apartment complexes so they have a ton of experience which showed. If another big plumbing job comes up, they will be my first call next time.

My house is old and had a lot of original plumbing. Tim has come out twice now for different projects. He thoroughly explains the problem and what he'll do to fix it. He's quick and efficient. The prices are decent compared to other plumbers. His work is solid and better than the other plumbers.

Customer service is a priority for this plumbing company. From scheduling the appointment to following up after the completion of the job, they were responsive and attentive to my needs. Thanks to Fred and others.

Martin was awesome, in that he was able to install my new water heater the day it failed. He was personable and knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He explained options over the phone and was earlier than the time stated. He had a small space in which to fit the water heater, and did an excellent job with no problems, considering where it was located.
I would definitely use him again, and will refer him to anyone looking for a plumber.

They answered the phone on the first ring, very courteous and arrived quickly with a smile! Juan was extremely pleasant and polite. He got the job done fast. He was very sweet to my dogs too! I would use them again and ask for Juan!

I called this Company early in the morning requesting AC service as my AC was out and the sweet man on the phone was very polite and set up a schedule for me in the afternoon. I got a call 2 hours before my actual appointment from Steve requesting that he can come now. Steve showed up wearing a masked and put on his shoe covers before he enter the house. He asked what was wrong with AC and went straight to work. He found that 1 of the fuses was out and another piece that goes into the AC unit is worn out and needed to be replaced soon. He informed me that I didn’t have to pay anything now he also informed me that my AC unit is 20 yrs old and needed to be replaced soon. I went ahead and agreed for him to replace the new piece for the AC, replace both fuses, and cleaned out the AC filters. He did an outstanding job when AC starts blowing cold air. The guy is awesome and knows his job. I recommend Steve and the service he provided was super great. Thank you so much, Steve. Good job!!

Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

Flooded kitchen. Called and left a message and someone contacted me after hours. Came out the next business day. They were awesome from arrival until the job was done. Hard workers and didn't mind me around and explained everything. Gave me multiple options and fixed my clogged pipe. Showed me the issue as they found it. Jeremy arrived prompt and troubleshoot my mom’s HVAC. Turned out to be a bad thermostat and Jeremy replaced with a another thermostat until a permanent part comes in a week. Jeremy wanted to make sure my mom has a working system during that time. Jeremy is very informative in explaining the repairs and also inspect the furnace and condenser to ensure unit operates as designed. Jeremy went the extra mile to provide great service. We are very happy with Pacific Coast and recommend them highly.
