Best Drain Problem in San Jose CA

I was very happy with the quick response when I called about a water leak. The repair was done the same day at a fair price. Crown Plumbing is the best and I will refer them to friends and family.

We had another estimate and I called their office, talked to General Manager and they met the price of the other estimate we received, super easy guy to deal with. Roy and the crew came out next day and completed the work, great job.

An unexpected bonus was the installation of two clean out ports.

Genaro and his team took care of re-piping the entire house in 2-3 days along with water heater replacement. They replaced 60 yrs old galvanized steel pipes with high quality copper pipes. They did all the work with high quality and were very flexible to accommodate any changes as the work progressed. Genmor plumbing pricing is very reasonable. They will not beat a handyman price but you have to understand that they are not a local handyman but professional plumbers. Plumbing inspection went very well , only 1-2 minor comments and Genaro took care of it quickly.

Genaro and his staff were very careful about the current COVID situation and always wore a mask while at work. This shows they care about their employees and also about their customers.

I would highly recommend giving them a chance before you finalize your plumbing work.

The dispatcher kept informing me the updates of the appointment. After the technician came to my house, he provided excellent job and is really professional.

Had to leave a review because Judy and Ryan are amazing and Miracle Plumbing deserves a stellar review! I've been dealing with a faucet that one day suddenly seemed to have lost pressure. All other water sources were working fine, but this one faucet one day was reduced to a trickle. Finally decided to call plumbing after just suffering for months. Turns out it was just a little pebble stuck in the aerator. My own fault for never bothering to check it and assuming it was a piping issue, but one call made all the difference! Mind you, Judy and Ryan could just as easily have made things complicated and send someone out to charge God knows how many dollars just to make an extra buck, but instead they provided excellent communication and a wonderfully simple and quick solution. All in all, I'm submitting this review with a great deal of gratitude for their help. Thank you again Judy and Ryan!

Jesus was awesome. He came out on Father's Day, early Sunday morning, to fix a clogged shower which turned out to be a backed up sewer drain. Talked me through every step of the process, quickly identified the location of the blockage, and got us back to normal! It was the best experience I've had with a plumber. Was very knowledgeable about my hot water recirculater pump. let me know that their was a new one that had a smart timer that would help with the on and off timing. My current one is an analog timer. Would use again.
