I checked NextDoor for a plumber my neighbors recommended, and Crown Plumbing got stellar reviews. I called them on a Sunday expecting to leave a message, and was delighted that one of the owners answered and scheduled an appointment that worked best for me. Plumber Shane arrived right on time and did an excellent job replacing the leaky float, flap, and fill hose. I was very happy with his fast, professional service, and I highly recommend Crown Plumbing!

Sad to see these kinds of things. If you do your research, you wouldn't support this.

Last week I got a call from my mother saying that her house was absent of hot running water, so I swung by to take a look at the water heater. After going through the motions of what I could find on YouTube, I was at a complete loss. I reached out to Chandler Plumbing (who I had a wonderful experience with in the past,) and I explained what was wrong. It was in the afternoon, so I suspected I would have to wait until at least the next day, but a couple hours later the owner of the company showed up himself and remedied the issue inside of thirty minutes. My knowledge base of water heaters or plumbing for that matter is minuscule compared to his, so he could have easily sold me a new water heater and I wouldn’t have known any better. However, he (Ishmael) fixed the problem at a fraction of what I thought I was going to pay. All I can say is, it’s an statistical anomaly to find someone with that skill set, work ethic, and stand up personality when you’re in a jam like that. As you can see, I don’t write a ton of reviews, but I made the time, so that hopefully somebody else can share a similar experience.

We had a leak in our main service line starting on a Friday night and water was gushing up our sidewalk. I called six companies. Three of them told me to call a different company and didn't want to come out despite being within a 5 mile radius to me. I called American Leak Detection and they didn't have an appointment available for another three weeks while there we were, not having water. The fifth company showed up, took a look at it, and didn't want to do it.

Genmor Plumbing was my sixth call on Monday. Genaro showed up that day, inspected it, came up with a plan, quoted me a price which I accepted, then in two hours, we had a temporary fix that got us water flowing again. On Wednesday, the city came by to mark the sidewalk to ensure that we wouldn't hit any important underground lines, and then on Friday, Genaro showed up with his crew, replaced 30 feet of PVC piping with more durable copper pipes, replaced our pressure regulator as well as our obsolete water shutoff valve, then covered the trench all in 8 hours. The next day, Genaro came by to do some finishing touches, completed the job, then we paid their invoice a few days later.

This was a big job and they were the only one who wanted to do it. Not only that, they did it professionally and with quality. It seems that they usually do bigger plumbing jobs for apartment complexes so they have a ton of experience which showed. If another big plumbing job comes up, they will be my first call next time.

I had a water leak in my kitchen. The wood floor was collecting water. I checked with a few plumbing companies and got quotes for thousands of dollars and all kinds of possible problems. Dominick Dahbour from HR silicon valley also stopped by to give me a quick quote. After initial inspection he ran a quick paper towel test underneath the dishwasher and within 10 minutes he figured out that nothing is wrong with plumbing or foundation it's a leaky dishwasher which is dripping water and that is flowing through the wood floor. The response was prompt. The service man was competent and helpful. The job was completed successfully. My only negative reaction was that I thought the price was high--above the average prices quoted on Home Advisor.

Danny is a great guy! He came on Friday evening while our sewage pipe was clogged. Not only he clear the pipe, he also ran the camera to find out the root causes. We realized the tree roots were getting the pipe somehow. He ran the blade twice and recommended few options for long term solutions. EJ Plumbing has really upped their technology game over these past few years. In addition to knowledgeable and professional plumbing, they now offer driver tracking so you know when your technician will arrive, instant estimates available on their iPads, and digital invoices and agreements.Our water heater started leaking recently and so we called EJ Plumbing as usual. At the initial visit, it was clear that we needed a new heater, and the technician was able to get us immediate quotes for gas and tankless replacements. On the second visit, our technician replaced our heater smoothly, fixed a previously installed bad connector, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Risky, my job didn't pass the final inspection because contract plumbers violated structural and fire codes. They structure their payments in such a way that 90% is paid before the final inspection. Since they failed to pass, they ran and left me holding the bag. Luckily I have framers and construction friends that fixed the issues and got passed the final on my own. Also they only pulled a water supply permit, and lied about getting sewer and sheetrock/stucco permits. Luckily I verified the permits and got it all taken care of.
I give them a 5 on the copper re-pipe, but a 0 on ethics, sales guy (Sergio) is a used care salesman type. If it's a small straight forward job your probably Ok. If it's a big 4plex, pay more and get a real job from gladiator. It will cost more but they stand behind all aspects of their work. You take a risk with this company. Their workers are basically young temps/ apprentices with not much experience with building codes.
I called them after and they would never pick up. So I used a different phone and low and behold they answered.
Buyer Beware!

Adam came 2h late to assess onsite job (sink replacement in kitchen + filtration water). Despite being late with no heads-up, he clearly explained what needed to be done. Said he will send a quote within a week. So far so good.
Then total ghosting: I called 3 times the office 2 weeks apart each time to follow up on the quote, sent him text messages. Even asked in my last call to let me know if Adam is not interested in pursuing this work. Well, still nothing.

Arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. The technician was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and the work he did looks great. Feels like a win. The total cost for parts and labor through Aquatek was less than half of what other companies were asking. Crazy industry.
