Knowledgeable and organized, I got a quote quickly (some of the others never even sent a quote after coming out to look… smh), great communications, modern systems (electronic invoicing etc). Sean arrived within 25 minutes of requesting same day services. He wore his mask, looked at the drain and told me what he had to do and the cost. I agreed and within another 15 minutes my drain was cleared. I would contact them again with any plumbing needs.

We booked ahead of time, confirmed the morning of, arranged for someone to be there for a 3 hour window of time, and made sure hey had the right number to call when on the way.
Instead however, they did not call ahead. Plumber showed up 40 minutes early, no one was there as they were expecting them later, plumber did not wait for a return call but left and refused to return. Dispatch notified, said they'd call back but. never did. Subsequent calls just rang and rang never went anywhere (blocked my number?). Very unprofessional.

I called Discount Plumbing after hours with an urgent leak. Yachua was over within 30 minutes and pointed out that I hadnt replaced the gasket when attempting to fix the problem myself.He quickly pointed me in the right direction and the leak was fixed immediately.Yachua and Discount Plumbing will be my first call next time I have a plumbing issue or project.
