I needed an estimate from a nearby plumber, and I got one after calling this guy. In less than an hour, he had my leaking pipe fixed at a fee that was shockingly affordable. Get in touch with him right away before you pay more to someone else.

Phenomenal customer service. Jo and Edgar came to repair my bathrub spout within just a few hours of calling. They were thorough, communicative, professional and nice. They clearly knew what they were doing and they got the job done, above and beyond. Graham (or perhaps Grant) in the office answered my call immediately and got me connected with a Jo and Edgar rightaway. Grateful!

AB Plumbing is our go to plumbing company because they tend to be able to schedule with a minimum of waiting. The quality of their work is good and they tend to respond to emergency situations with speed. They also strike me as being competitively priced.

I had a clogged drain that I couldn't fix myself, so I searched and saw that Smelly Mel's was local and had good reviews. I filled out the online form (or at least, I think I did) but didn't hear from anyone by the next morning, so I called and someone was able to schedule a technician to come check out the situation. I asked what the price range would be, because I didn't know what to expect. She told me that the technician would give me a free estimate.

I would definitely recommend everyone to research prices before making an appointment, because I really didn't know what to expect and had a shock when I heard it would cost about $450 to clear out my pipes. Actually, the regular price is about $500 and it was $450 with a new customer discount.

The technician was punctual, very professional, and did a great job, as everything has been working perfectly since. It was also very easy to schedule service. I'm deducting one star because I think prices should be more upfront. There are no prices listed on their website, and as I noted earlier, when I called to schedule service I wasn't able to get pricing information in advance.

(Unrelated to this review, but maybe helpful to others: I found out later that my HOA has a service that could have done this without cost. Do your research!!)

ONE STAR TOO MANY
Worst experience I've had with any home contracting services! I've been around the block owning a fixer-upper, you name it, I've probably hired a service for it. After my water heater broke I called this company to replace it. They took A WEEK just to show up with THE WRONG water heater, despite me sending the exact model I needed (they disregarded me telling me they know what they're doing). They told me they would need A SECOND WEEK to come back with the right one, for a modicum $2,400 (only for instalation, the water heater plus permits was to go out of my pocket)
TLDR: Stay away from this company, the prices are ridiculous and the customer service is non-existent.

Antonio and his team helped me repair a disintegrated drain pipe from the bathroom sink. The pipe had corroded through, and the bathroom sink was unusable.

From the get-go, Antonio was responsive and incredibly professional. He quickly scheduled time for the consultation, answered all of my questions, gave a competitive estimate, and quickly followed up. He also scoped potential issues that he may run into with the fix so I would be aware and could plan it out.

When he began work, he made sure to consult with me before expanding any scope of work, and he and his team were very respectful and professional while I was working from home on meetings that day.

I am very pleased with the work and craftsmanship of the output. I would absolutely work with him again.
