Great team over there from the dispatcher to the plumber, Kyle. They expediently got a replacement water heater installed when our in-laws were at our house. Kyle even came back to ensure that everything was secured to our liking.

The only con is that there's a premium price attached to the high quality service; we didn't have time to shop around though.

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. He laid out how it could be fixed, the costs, and any short and long term considerations. Marcos, who was the technician who replaced the filters for our water filtration system, was very personal and kind to explain everything, patient and thorough. He took ownership of his work and offered to follow up on a minor leak he discovered. Also loved the company’s efficiency in scheduling and keeping me informed of the process. Such a satisfying experience. Their pricing was a bit higher than what I expected, but it was worth it because the quality of their service overall. Highly recommend.
