The technician explained options we could consider in solving the problem, and made our job much easier by going out to purchase the kind of new faucet we had chosen. The job turned out to be more demanding than we had expected, so the technician had to make two visits. On both occasions, he accomplished the work in the estimated time, and at the stated price. I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. When I finally called O'Grady plumbing they informed me it didn't have to cost me an arm and a leg. I was sold on a low flow toilet that will actually save me money in the long run. Plus the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, which goes a long way with me

The hot water heater was suddenly leaking water and I called them for an emergency fix at night. The reception lady was nice. however I waited for more than 2 hours. Technician Mike D came and did not do a single diagnose or a fix but rudely opened the front wrapper and said the hot water heater is old and it must leak water somewhere else. He simply wanted to replace the hot water heater and water valve for over $3100 and asked me if I would like to proceed. Of course not. He charged $85 dispatch fee and left. I felt it was a total waste time in such an emergency situation. I found another technician who replaced the TMP valve in a few minutes. Hot water heater works as expected!

Overall the final output for a medium to large project was good and the price was fair. However, there were communication issues. After I decided to use ACE and called to secure their services, I would not receive a call back. After the third attempt, I finally had to call the office supervisor and then my call was returned. In addition, during the project I had a couple of questions and had to call the office to get a response because my direct calls were not being responded to. My most annoying experience was when I called the office and was placed on hold without someone even saying Hello or Could you hold please? and then I was hung up on. Although the non-responsiveness seemed like a turn off and was very annoying, I did my due diligence beforehand with my neighbors (ACE trucks parked in front of their house or ACE work signs in front of their house) and concluded for a project that size, I preferred to have the job done right as my number one priority which was why I picked ACE in the first place.

Called in the am , problem was fixed before 4pm. Rafael is the one that came out to help with a main line clog and he was very nice and helpful would definitely call on Roto Rooter again If I come across any other plumbing problems. Took less than an hour to fix & Rafael made sure it was fixed ! Very reasonable pricing as well
