Jose from George Salet came out to our home and cleared our drains. He was professional (wore PPE), friendly and most of all knowledgeable. He asked great questions to deduce the reason for the problem. Quickly identified the area of focus. It took some time to get through the hair clog, but he took care of it. Afterwards he thoroughly checked each drain to make sure all systems were working. Including adding stress to all the drains at the same time and they all worked fine. He was also very clean! He closed doors behind him and left not a single trace that he had been here Well, except for the fact that all our drains work now!! Thank You!! Best part, the price was right! Fair and not overinflated. So important in this time of inflation.

Excellent experience with Ace, from initial contact to completion of the job. In two instances where we required Ace's services, the technician arrived within five minutes of the scheduled time. The technician was courteous, extremely knowledgeable on the type of problems we were having (drainage issues on a 100+ year old house), and completely professional in resolving the immediate problems and providing a full assessment of the necessary long term improvements and upgrades. My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

We have used Magic Plumbing a few times in last five years. They are family owned local business and we liked their services as they seemed to be honest and professional.Last week, we called them to schedule a visit as our tenant had some issues with a washing machine. As we did not know whether the issue was drain in the building or the washing machine, we needed them to go to the apartment and check.They were able to schedule a visit quickly which I liked, but i did not really liked the way they handle the case, this time... Basically they asked if they can snake the drain and it will cost $250. I assumed that they already check to make sure that drain was blocked and that was reason they needed to snake it. Since i was not at the apartment, i was not able to fully understand what was going on. But from the previous experience with them, i authorized the work.But then i found out that basically they did not do any testing before they decided to snake the drain. After they snaked the drain, then they pour the water thru the drain and said it was not the problem....Hmm? Why did they actually test the drain first? I don't quite understand the steps they took. I wished they simply pour some water in the drain to do the simple test before decided to snake the drain. At the end, we paid $250 for something we did not need if they tested the situation first.So unfortunately i have mixed feeling about this company now after the last visit...

Our kitchen faucet broke and we had guests coming in from out of town. I contacted at 400pm on a Wednesday and we had a plumber at our home fixing the dilemma the next day by noon. They even helped guide us in picking a fixture that would be more durable. Rodney M the plumber that was sent was great. The communication was great. Overall fantastic experience.
