Great workers and work, just a bit pricey.

They are cheap and did the job. Replaced angle stops and fixed my toilet seat of an old Kohler toilet design that are no longer in use.
I showed a video of how it was done and the person did it instantly.

Best ability is availability and they’re always available we manage multiple bars and always need service late night without someone trying to charge us an arm and a leg so we’re grateful for their consistency (4years)

I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. When I finally called O'Grady plumbing they informed me it didn't have to cost me an arm and a leg. I was sold on a low flow toilet that will actually save me money in the long run. Plus the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, which goes a long way with me

$325 to replace a max $20 fill valve on a toilet that took one hour of work is just crazy. Full Stop.
Why didn't I push back on the invoice at the moment I was asked to give my credit card you ask? I didn't want to make a scene in front of my invalid mother and her caretaker. To the latter, $325 would be 16 HOURS+ of my caregiver's wages if she needed to address the same issue. No wonder folks are fleeing SF to more affordable places.
Do better 24-7 Rooter & Plumbing and don't gouge your customers.

We had a major plumbing issue in our house. We called 3 other companies, none of whom were able to solve the problem. John, Danny, and crew at George Salet Plumbing got the job done - and were wonderful people to be around throughout the process. We will be recommending them to all of our friends who have plumbing needs in the future.

Jesse Galarza fixed my shower and was fantastic--very competent and knowledgable and super nice. Highly recommended.

Tried calling 3 other companies before. Still haven’t heard back from two of them. Discount offered a bit lower price for service, and Carlos was friendly and did the job with no issues, took less than half an hour? Didn’t get here till 1:30 when I was scheduled for an 11-1 time slot though. At least they did call ahead to let me know, but still.

Installed a new furnace. Service men were very attentive and made sure we were well informed. New furnace works great.
