I manage a building in the inner richmond. One of my tenants flushed an entire tub of baby wipes down her toilet over several several days, this created HAVOC IN THE BUILDING. There was water backing up everywhere. I called O'Grady plumbing AT NOON ON A SUNDAY!!!!!! AT 2:30 PM their truck rolled up, diagnosed the problem and had the drain fixed in less than an hour. Twenty year old kitchen faucet leaking, wasting water. Called George Salet. Got same day appt. Mike arrived wearing mask and donned foot coverings. Very professional, explained the problem clearly. Provided options the company could offer. Had to drive back to shop to get an adapter when our old infrastructure did not fit new hardware. Mike ended up staying until 6:30pm and left us with newly installed faucet and clean sink and work area around it. It had to be a bit frustrating for him but he remained professional. We are very thankful to have gotten such good same day service in the midst of a pandemic!

Jammed Kitchenaid garbage disposal - the Ace gentlemen figured it out in about two seconds - in ten seconds, it was done. Great job. Ace has now installed all the plumbing in our place and it has always been perfect.

Had to reschedule my apt, workers were very understanding. When they did come out, Marcus was very professional and asked appropriate questions to understand the issue. He explained repairs, cost and time frame of repairs. When it was time for payment, Zelle was not working but Marcus did not mind following me to the bank a few blocks away. Will use them again.
