We called them on a Saturday with a busted water heater. Technician arrived when we agreed. They even texted a picture and name of the tech when he was en route. He arrived in a company marked vehicle - they don’t sub the work out to some random third party, which is refreshing. He was prepared and talked us through the options. The price was good (I texted a friend afterwards that had the same work done by someone else and turns out I might have got a relative bargain, especially considering mine was on a Saturday ). The work was professional and the tech was personable and respectful of our place. Again, it was just so refreshing to contact someone and have them respond immediately, show up on time, look and act like a pro, and not try and take me to the cleaners. These are my people from now on.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. Had hydroflow call out to repair our radiant heating system. After a number of plumbers weren’t able to fix the problem I felt a replacement was the only option. The guys at hydroflow were able to diagnose a bad pump and a bad connection to the storage tank. Within 4 hrs our boiler system was back up and running with full heat to all zones. Amazing, so happy to have found these guys. Would definitely recommend for all plumbing and radiant heating issues
