Our ancient hot water tank suddenly started hissing and spraying steam and hot water in all directions, doing a Fukushima meltdown. I turned off the gas to the tank, the water to the house, then called Mr Rooter. Their president, Stan, came within an hour, rigged up a bypass so we could immediately have cold water running again, then installed a new hot water tank the next day. Ahh, hot water again. Excellent, efficient service. We'll definitely use Mr Rooter for all future plumbing crises.

Jose from George Salet came out to our home and cleared our drains. He was professional (wore PPE), friendly and most of all knowledgeable. He asked great questions to deduce the reason for the problem. Quickly identified the area of focus. It took some time to get through the hair clog, but he took care of it. Afterwards he thoroughly checked each drain to make sure all systems were working. Including adding stress to all the drains at the same time and they all worked fine. He was also very clean! He closed doors behind him and left not a single trace that he had been here Well, except for the fact that all our drains work now!! Thank You!! Best part, the price was right! Fair and not overinflated. So important in this time of inflation.

Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

They responded very quickly to my request, and sent a technician that same day. The technician was superb, engaging, and kept showing what he was finding along the way. He even went back to their central office to get an upgraded piece of equipment that was needed for the job, and returned that same evening to solve the problem. I am very happy with the outcome.

Mine was a complex project involving tight deadlines on account of a pending sale of the property. Magic Plumbing's Jeremy Baldwin' went above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected. Not only did he efficiently complete his work on time, but also Magic Plumbing found another company perform a task which required a special license which Magic Plumbing did not have. Outstanding and efficient work does not adequately describe what Jeremy and Magic Plumbing accomplished under difficult circumstances. I recommend Magic Plumbing wholeheartedly.
