I discovered Ace Plumbing -- and Mo, the plumber who has provided service on two calls -- last summer when my upstairs neighbor's washer leaked into my unit and I thought it was my washer. Mo diagnosed the problem, advised what to do about the floor damage, and returned when the flooring was pulled up to evaluate whether there was more damage. There was not. His honesty, kindness, punctuality are incredible -- this last visit he repaired one of my toilets and advised about a leaking faucet which I will call him back to fix. Cannot say enough good things about this neighborhood plumber.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Your assistance spend approx. 30 minutes in replacing an about ten inch long pipe, afterwards there was still a leak in the connection of the new
pressure control I had bought. For doing this job, he wanted to charge me another $250 in addition to the $325.

We had our main sewer line break and send water back into our downstairs bathroom. Chosen Rooter was here within 10 minutes, scoped the line and found the tree roots that had broken the line. They came the next day for the sewer clean out. Trustworthy and great work.

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.
