The immediate problem was fixed. The cost of repairs was extremely overpriced IMHO. I had similar work done a few years ago - cable cleaning of roots invading the sewer pipe from our house to the street - and the cost was ~ $150. The same work from Ace cost $375. They were available and they got the job done. But it cost.

Couldn't ask for a better group of people.

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!
