Andrade Link Electric are the best electrical contractors in the Bay Area. If you are able to get on their schedule I highly recommend you taking it. My partner and I recently moved into our new home in San Francisco and realized that the electrical had not been updated since the house was built. Victor came out the same week I called him for a quote and explained everything super clear! The price was definitely not the cheapest, but they are 100% worth the price. Their crews were super efficient and on top of that were super clean. Adolfo the foreman made sure the project moved along efficiently and was always available to answers all the questions we had. Overall they Victor & Adolfo were amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor. 5/5!!!!!

Michael has been my go to electrician for several years and has taken care of several different electrical projects from simple troubleshooting to large electrical Service upgrades. I own various buildings throughout the city and he has taken care of just about anything I have thrown at him. I appreciate how professional he is & respectful of my properties. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is not the the most expensive but I definitely feel that I get what I pay for. I have and will continue to recommend him for all my electrical needs! We have worked with Hector Escamilla for about three years now, as he has done three major jobs for us during that time. Hector and his team recently completed a nearly-complete rewiring of two flats in SF to eliminate all existing knob and tube wiring. Very knowledgeable, and they do excellent work. I recommend very highly!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

A. electricians

Very overpriced: quoted me $200 per light for installing two fixtures (~30 minutes of work for $400), even after I had already set up by turning off the breaker, removing the old fixtures from the ceiling, etc.

They charged me $89 for the house call (which I had agreed to beforehand). In retrospect, I should have pushed harder for a quote over the phone. Other electricians were willing to give quotes based on pictures, etc., so this clearly exists just to make money.

Once the electrician showed up, it felt that he didn't think it was worth his time and just wanted the $89 house call fee, so quoted an excessively high price just to end the visit.
