Mario was absolutely great! He showed up within 30 mins of contacting the Works plumbing office, detected the issue with the hot water pipe leak within mins and fixed the issue in an hour. Yeah and these guys were very reasonably priced.. I now have the hot water back in the house and am estatic.. what more can one ask from a plumbing service :)

We tried to DIY and fix a water temperature issue with the shower and replaced a thermostatic mixing valve. While we fixed that part, we created a different problem and started having issues with our hot water pressure. We couldn't figure out how to fix it so called Ace because a low pressure shower is just way too depressing to start a day.

Called for an appointment in the morning and got an appointment the same day in the afternoon! Bonus two was that the service technician, Derrick, showed up on time, and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue, which was not anything to do with an air block as we had concluded from too much YouTube sleuthing (yes, best to leave these things to the actual professionals), and restored our hot water pressure. Yeah! I'd definitely call and use Ace again for any future plumbing needs.

I called Flow Masters because the company that manufactured my water heater gave me their number. They came within an hour of my call and fixed the problem. Conor G. Was awesome! He even gave us suggestions on how to make the water heater work better! I will definitely be calling them again if I have any issues!!

Only issue we had was getting bill emailed to us. We requested it at least 3 times - 2 different email addresses & finally got it almost a month later.

Phil and his team are outstanding! I ran into an issue with my Duravit bidet that could not be resolved locally. Phil came to my rescue, not only following up with the manufacturer and keeping me in touch about the warranty, but also carving out a day for his team to come to me (I’m in sacramento) To make the repair. They showed up when promised, at the time promised, and made the necessary repairs to get me back in business. It’s rare to find people in business with Phil’s ethics and focus on customers. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.

These guys are great, they replaced a water heater about a year ago. Gave me an estimate based on a photo I sent them and stuck to it. 2 flights up and a tight space...they were very efficient. I called them back last week because of a slow draining tub. They came that same day and fixed it within an hour. They are clean and courteous.

Michel arrived to examine my blocked kitchen sink. He was quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue, and once I purchased the necessary part, he was quick to implement it.

Kyle really helped us out at short notice with an outdoor drainage issue following heavy rain. He showed up on time, was very professional and did a great job.

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!
