Drains were severely clogged with diapers and wipes from tenants. 24/7 Router came to our rescue and kept snaking the drain until they were fully cleaned out. Refused to give up until it was clear. I called this business to fix my water heater. The technician was prompt and courteous. He repaired the problem in no time and I was incredibly satisfied with the service.

Very efficient and professional! They quoted a 4 hour window and came right at the beginning and wrapped up within an hour. They even ran out to get another part and was able to come back and finish.

Purchased a new washer and the valve was messed up from the old one. (I don't understand plumbing talk). Anyway, they came immediately and fixed it immediately. The household owner forgot to pay them directly, but they were kind and courteous and waited longer than they should have for their payment. Really nice company and people.

Next time, I'll pay them directly and the owner can reimburse me.

Smelly Mel's is a great company. I hired them to replace my entire sewer line several years ago, and I hired them again to replace the sewer line at my kid's preschool. These jobs were seriously tough jobs. Both sewer lines were old, nasty, damaged, and required digging them out completely. They cut through asphalt, even digging through concrete and rock. Then they replaced and installed the sewer line with total expertise.

Because of their hard work, our sewage systems will survive many more decades. Some cities like San Mateo have a rebate program that will refund up to $5000 of the job, and Smelly Mel's has always come in with the best pricing. If you have sewer problems, go with Smelly Mel's. Total pros.

I had a really troublesome toilet clog I just couldn't clear on my own. It was already late afternoon and worried I'd have to wait a day or so to get professional help unclogging. Chosen Rooter was able to dispatch someone to my home within 20 minutes of my calling them. Chris the technician was great! Was able to unclog without having to remove the whole bowl. He was very thorough, tested flushing multiple times, once again before he left to make sure it was really cleared. Great service experience all around. I strongly recommend Chosen Rooter.

Our new bathroom had a Kohler new model toilet. It began running. After trying to fix it myself, then getting the contractor to try with some replaced Kohler parts unsuccessfully, I got The Lutz contact from the pros at Kohler. Lutz took over the issue from the Build.com (Ferguson) people. When the right parts arrived Brandon from Lutz Plumbing arrived at the appointment time. He was polite and knew what he had to do. It wasn’t easy but he fixed it and left me his number to confirm that there was no further issue. He called later to check up. Great service. Polite clean and professional. Lutz is now our go to plumbing company. I highly recommend them.

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
