Works Plumbing came out within two hours to service my shower drain. Travis was the technician, and is a very professional and hard worker. We had a great conversation upon the job being completed.

The office staff stands by their word and is helpful and fair.

Called a plumber out to help me figure out where the leak was. Turns out two of the toilets were running when I was out of town. The techs solution was to replace the parts 2k or replace the toilets 4K and was pushing me to replace the toilets because who knows other parts might fail and I’ll have to replace the toilet in a month anyways. The 4 k price includes 2 toilets plus install and takeaway. I asked them how many hours this would take and what’s their hourly charge and material costs. And his response was we charge by job. I told them to email me the estimate which they never did. And when he left I went on Home Depot’s website and they charge 20 dollars for the parts to replace, 100-300 dollars for the toilet and Home Depot will install each toilet for 315 each. So even if I did go the route of two new toilets plus install and take away that’s still $1200. 4K for that same job is highway robbery. And I get it plumbers will often charge 4x more for an emergency call but this wasn’t an emergency call issue since I already had called the water department to turn off the water and had the water turned off at the main. And when I found out it was those two toilets I had turned off the water to those bathrooms. So there was no emergency and they weren’t offering to do it same day to fix my problem.

These people are either crooks or the tech gets paid hourly and was just killing time giving me an outrageous number while sitting in his van pretending to write up an estimate he never sent me. Because he had me wait a good 20 minuets before his estimate was “ready” to talk about.

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

It was great to work with Isaac. He helped me fix my bathroom shower as it was not providing hot water. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and fast. I would work with Isaac again and refer him to others. Thanks Isaac!

The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

Mike repaired my gas fireplace and did an amazing job. He went above a beyond and did it all very quicjly.

Majid did a thorough investigation of the problem. He arrived for the estimate and job on time. Time will tell if the job was done correctly but based on our experience with Majid and Ace Plumbing would definitely work with Majid and Ace again.

Edaa was great on scheduling and getting Jason to come in to my office ASAP. It proved to be a big job but Jason worked with me to classify (for pricing purposes) the job so I would pay the lower rate. He was so courteous and kept me apprised throughout the process. He was in and out in no time....really knows what he is doing. My staff are now happy, they have a working toilet....yea

Randy came and submitted a bid for a heat pump. Quick & responsive. Haven’t used them yet.
