Where first on the scene. My water heater was kaput. My problem happened after hours. Walked into a soaked garage. They offered a full replacement at a reasonable price. The great repairman returned late into the night and got to work. Got it up back and running. The new water looks great and is working great. Very professional crew and great service overall. Definitely a thumbs up in my book. ***** 5 Stars from me.

Called in the am , problem was fixed before 4pm. Rafael is the one that came out to help with a main line clog and he was very nice and helpful would definitely call on Roto Rooter again If I come across any other plumbing problems. Took less than an hour to fix & Rafael made sure it was fixed ! Very reasonable pricing as well

Great service Timely (very important when your sewer is backed up). Grasped the problem right away. Was very careful not to make the job messier than necessary. Thoroughly professional.

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.
