Graham and the guys at Genteel have been phenomenal and they’ve done work for us several times over the past couple years, including a shower drain clog, bathroom sink clog, and installing a new toilet. Always incredibly helpful, prompt, communicative, and thorough - I called this morning and the technicians came out just a few hours later and fixed the shower drain within 15 minutes. Wonderful experiences with Genteel and definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs!

We had a great experience with this company. We needed two toilets repaired. Daniel was our service person and he was always on time and very knowledgeable. With our house being older we had a few problems but Daniel was always very professional and accomplished the job.We would definitely use them again.

Once again the good folks at Larratt Brothers Plumbing exceeded my expectations - this time to address a faulty water heater they had installed 13 months ago when my old unit ruptured.

Aaron walked me through a quick telephone diagnostic, and when we concluded the ignition was defective he told me he’d send one of his plumbers out first thing the next morning.

Brian arrived at 7 am sharp the next day and could not have been more pleasant or professional. As the manufacturer - American Standard - was refusing to honor the warranty because the unit was more than 12 months old, Larratt took the high road and chose to replace the unit with a brand new (and better) unit from another manufacturer - at no cost to us!

Brian was in and out in about an hour, and apart from the new tank he’d installed there wasn’t a sign he’d been there. It was a delightful experience all around.

Needless to say, I’d recommend Larratt Brothers Plumbing enthusiastically and without reservation for plumbing service - particularly water heaters!

Great service. They made a next-day appointment to look at a leaking toilet, and they instantly fixed it within 30 minutes. Super friendly technician, super helpful and I would totally ask them again in the future.

When we were suddenly faced with a faucet that would not turn off. We called Otto. He was able to come right away. He was diligent and thorough . I not only recommend him, I put him on my speed dial in case I have any other plumbing issues!

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.
