James and James plumbing is by far the best plumbing outfit I have ever come across. I have had numerous issues with plumbing and James and James have always been there to save the day! Awesome team with A+ customer service. The two things that really stand out to me is the communication and professionalism. Always a call away and answered all my questions till I was on the same page as them. Left my house cleaner then when they showed up. My kids left a mess around our faucet and they mopped my floors before leaving! Unreal service, top notch! Thank you James and James

I had a good experience overall - my only complaint is that the actual issue took 20 minutes to solve and was very routine, but I was still charged a minimum visit fee of $200. For 20 min of work, I would have liked to pay less, that's $600/hour to clear a pipe.

Flow masters were on time very efficient in changing out my water heater highly recommend these guys to any one thank you !!

Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
