We have a clogged sewer for days and everything is coming out at the garage and shower nobody can show up right away. So we called discount plumbing and they can have someone within half an hour, but less than half an hour in the middle of the rain FRED show up and assists the problem. He even wore booties to show some respect to my unit and clear the shower drain also. After he cleared the blockage he even spent some time washing the garage floor. And ran camera to inspect the line and found what causing the problem. He even spent more time to look all our plumbing. Thanks discount plumbing especially to FRED who spent his time, effort and perseverance.

I had leaks in 2 of the faucets that are used for my washer. Abel replaced both with 2 new faucets and made sure there were no more leaks. Abel also cleaned up everything afterwards. R&L are very reliable and they know what there doing. Thank you so much for all your help.❤❤

Joe and his assistant were prompt, accommodating (I was on zoom meetings when they arrived and during the repair), efficient, and tidy. I did not have to lift a finger. They removed items that were in the way, returned them to their place when they were done, polished the cabinet (not a part of the repair), and left the place cleaner than they found it. Oh! And the work happened within an hour of my calling. I was really impressed and the work has held up now a couple weeks going strong.

Yevgeny was great in resolving my plumbing problem. I had sewage coming up in my garage every time we flushed the toilet. He came in on Sunday and right away found the place where it was clogged. He went into the pipe and after a while started pulling out stuff I couldn't imagine would end up in my sewage system. No wonder it was clogged.
I'm really happy with the work Yevgeny did and if I ever need a plumber again, I'll call him!

My initial experience when I called was great because they were able to get out within a few hours on a Sunday to my tenants apartment in SF to take a look at a leak under the kitchen sink. They said they would charge $85 for an assessment and then give me an estimate for the repair and will apply the $85 towards the repair if I went with them. That sounded reasonable pricing wise. They discovered that the p-trap and the straight pipe going into the wall under the sink were corroded and needed to be replaced. They had the parts which were easily accessible from any hardware store and told me it would take less than 30 minutes to repair but they said it would cost $400. I was shocked at the price and when I told them that was very expensive they said it was because it was a Sunday. Who knows what it would have cost on a regular week day, I doubt it would have been much less. I feel like they took advantage of me knowing that I was an out of town landlord and that I couldn't leave my tenant with a leaking sink any longer and that I really had no other options and therefore price gouged me. I discussed this with them a few times but they wouldn't budge on the price. They had overall great reviews which is why I called them in the first place but I guess I didn't ready enough of the bad reviews to see that this is not an uncommon occurrence with them. I will likely not use them ever again. I have not heard anything from my tenant since then so I assume they successfully repaired the pipes under the sink and the leak so I will give them 2 starts. It was an easy job, however, and if I was in town I would have been able to do it myself.

We moved into a rental that had an issue that made the shower unusable - After waiting a different plumber who was completely unresponsive the homeowner reached out to Phil and he came the next day! Impressive response time. He was responsible with COVID safety. Thank you Phil!!
