Best Hour Plumbing Service in San Francisco CA

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

I never leave reviews, but James & James Plumbing are great and professional! They arrived on time with all the necessary tools to install our water heater and quickly got the job done. They left the place spotless and the heater works without a hitch. I am forever using them for future circumstances.

I would highly recommend Ace Plumbing. They're so committed to get the job done that they even stayed through the hole night to complete the pipe repair. 16hours. They even came the next morning to fill in the cement. I have no complaints. I would call there service again. Thanks JONATHAN

Angel came out to my mothers house to fix the water backing up through her bath tub. He gave us a detailed explanation of what was causing the problem and our options. We couldn't have been happier with how quick and efficient he was. Couldn't have asked for better service. We are glad that we have a plumbing company we can rely on.

Always dependable, prompt and professional. As a Building Manager, knowing that I can depend on R & L to handle all of our plumbing issues is a huge peace of mind.

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

Very well prepared, knowledgeable, communicative, and punctual. The job was expensive but honestly I didn’t shop around so maybe the price was standard. I would definitely call them again.

Basilio and his crew did a FANTASTIC job... ...sure, he's brief and to the point, which I don't mind at all.... ...but again, they were perfect.

We had a non-emergency situation, which required a trench less approach... ...which, if you haven't seen done before, is really cool.

Our line ties in with the neighbor, and we share from the wye out to the main... ...while the hold was dug, the neighbor decided to have his portion replaced as well, and Budget sewer did not mind this scope creep AT ALL.

Finally, they lined the pipe from the eye out to the main, providing the neighbor and I a brand new line from homes to sewer main.

Would I recommend AB Plumbing? ABSOLUTELY!!! These guys are top notch, and if you end up using them, I hope you receive the same quality service.

Great experience! Mo was super prompt in setting up an appointment time and making the repair. Work was very high quality, professional and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing-related issue.

Highly competent, and their rates are affordable. In less than half an hour, we had fixed the issue and restored normal plumbing. In addition, the office/scheduling staff is warm and welcoming. I'll be using them again, and you should too.

He was very helpful and took the time to explain (patiently) what exactly the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. The quality of the work was good. I would highly recommend this company to others.
