They came to check our gas fireplace, so it is ready for cold days. They are the best wr have had in San Antonio, very thorough, check gas line, make sure no leaks. Excellent customer service. Very polite!!!

I have used this company twice in the past year to replace the shower/tub valve. I really hate to sweat someone worth paying for! In both cases the team was punctual, professional and got the job done on time. I recommend them regularly and will continue to do so.

Mike had been my go to when I can beat my plumbing problems on my own. I've installed cleanouts, rented 100ft snakes, etc. I snapped a 5/8 line in a 4 house lateral and gave Mike a call to sort it out. 2 hours later, with every tool in his toolkit exercised, he got it out. He is worth the money and won't stop until he has your problem taken care of.

Removal and replacement of an old toilet in our house. He is the most thorough and professional plumber I have ever met. Not only is she very knowledgeable and knowledgeable, she cleans thoroughly and leaves the bathroom cleaner than when we started! If I could rate it above five I would get a ten!

After my usual plumbing company didn't show up after numerous calls and promises, I contacted Performance Plumbing to check out my nagging mystery leak. I started off worried cause they were busy and original appointment time got pushed back and I thought here we go again, no show or flaky. Sure enough, dispatcher called me 2 hours later and said can Dennis the plumber come to check out around 5pm? I had water leaking into the downstairs unit ceiling from within the walls and Dennis was eager to find the problem, opening up wall areas to peek inside. After 2 hours of looking and not locating, he promised to show up first thing in the morning, and sure enough did! He found the a small leak in the ice maker rusted line in the middle of the wall and fixed it promptly. After that, I said I had an old leak in the garage that no plumber wanted to really get on a ladder and check out... Dennis gladly looked, found the problem and quoted a fair price to repair it so I had that repair done too. Overall, I found Performance Plumbing to be very capable, reliable, honest and fairly priced. I recommend them and would definitely use them again for my plumbing work.
