Best Hour Plumbing in San Francisco CA

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

The part replaced in my toilet is now not working. It was replaced 10 months ago. I can't believe I was charged $250 for installing a part that is now broken, costs about $17, and took 10 minutes to replace. I was also given a quote on a pipe shutoff valve that was twice as much as the company that I had repair it. Buyer beware is all I can say.

Our home is below grade, and thus has a plump to pump everything up to the sewer line. It stopped working, which means everything was backing up into the bathtub, which means it's time to panic! (gross! lol). The guys at AB Plumbing came out, and were like we've never seen this kind of pump before, but we'll poke at it and see what happens. They took the pump apart, piece by piece, and i even heard them call the pump manufacturer and go over details of the pump, and then, not an hour and a half later, they got it working perfectly again. They were super friendly and communicative the whole time, too. Such nice guys! i can't recommend these folks highly enough. They're amazing. i hope i never have a broken pump again, but if i do, i know exactly who to call!

One Source Plumbing & Rooter completed a very complex plumbing job for me in San Francisco. I met One Source at a critical time when my rental property need the main sewer line replaced. At the time, and the sewer had a mysterious foul order coming from an unknown source and it was not because of a backup.
One Source diagnosed and proposed a solution to the plumbing issues. They replaced the main sewer line and all adjacent old clay pipes which required requesting San Francisco City permits on short notice. This was a very complex job with many moving parts and One Source Plumbing managed the complexities of the plumbing job flawlessly.
Mosfa's communication skills are outstanding and he remains calm under pressure and offers timely solutions. For example, he sends daily updates with pictures so you are well informed on the progress of the job.

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.
