Mario came out within 30 min from calling. I needed hydro jetting done and everything went great! Everyone I talked to was so nice.. customer service was excellent. They were cheaper than other quotes I had that were $1500-$1700, which was way too much for a mobile home. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will use them again in the future.. thank you soooo much Mario!!

I’ve used Magic Plumbing & Heating to repair my heater n was very pleased with their professionalism. Today I asked them to send a person over because my heater was making a rattling noise. Someone was sent over in a half hour n as usual they were very professional n came mask 😷 n with gloves. It turned out that the cover was loose therefore causing the rattling noise. These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Garry was awesome! My radiant floor heart wasn't working and I'd had others look at it and it was taking forever for the other folks to test different components and try to ID what was wrong. Garry came out and figured out what was wrong in less than an hour. He replaced some wires in my tankless water heater that were in bad shape and that did the job! He also helped me get my nest thermostat reset which was a more involved process than I ever expected it to be. The service was better than I had hoped for. If I ever have a problem with my heat or water heater again, Garry will be the first person I call.
