We used discount plumbing to install a new sink faucet in our apartment in San Francisco. They dispatched Elmer to our job - he was friendly, quickly examined the job and provided a quote, and then installed the faucet in about 45 min. He took care to make sure it was done with quality. The sink looks professionally installed and works great. I will gladly use discount plumbing again as we quoted several plumbers and they were by far the best value.

Dino and Pablo worked very hard to solve my shower problem. They researched the part that was needed to fix the shower, and then dug further to find the part to fix the diverter. This took weeks of calling manufacturers, but they stuck with it and gave updates regularly. The shower is now fully fixed, and without having to redo any of the shower fixtures/tiling (other plumbers suggested the only solution was to completely demolish and rebuild the shower, which was ridiculous).

A very prompt. responsible, competent plumber has arrived and fixed my plumbing issues on multiple occasions. I would recommend these guys, hands down!

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We had an error code on our boiler and leak in our heating system that the original installer wasn’t able to solve. We have a Navien waterheater boiler and were referred to hydroflow by the manufacturer.
They came out within the allocated window and inspected the plumbing. The technician was able to diagnose a faulty part within minutes. Quick trip to get the part and we’re back with a fully functioning heating system.
