Javier C was my plumber technician for this sewer repair. He is so professional! He made sure we understood what the problem might be before setting to work. It did turn out to be my tree roots blocking the sewer pipe. He cleaned it out and explained the process afterwards. He was such a great pleasure to work with. Thank you, Javier and Works Plumbing!

Had to have a garbage disposal installed and to leverage the visit, also a water valve replacement. Installer was professional, helpful (did some troubleshooting to try to avoid other costs) and provided fair estimates. My mom has used these folks before and always fair, honest, clean up after work and I feel we are treated respectfully.

Our home is below grade, and thus has a plump to pump everything up to the sewer line. It stopped working, which means everything was backing up into the bathtub, which means it's time to panic! (gross! lol). The guys at AB Plumbing came out, and were like we've never seen this kind of pump before, but we'll poke at it and see what happens. They took the pump apart, piece by piece, and i even heard them call the pump manufacturer and go over details of the pump, and then, not an hour and a half later, they got it working perfectly again. They were super friendly and communicative the whole time, too. Such nice guys! i can't recommend these folks highly enough. They're amazing. i hope i never have a broken pump again, but if i do, i know exactly who to call!

We were in need of a toilet repair. Having used Larratt a few years ago to replace our water heater, we gave them a call. I'm incredibly upset right now. One of the plumbers sent by this company made me uncomfortable. Was asking if I live alone, asking for my FB and phone number and whether I have a boyfriend, wanting to go out with me, etc. I complained to the manager and they suspended him, but now I feel unsafe in my own home because a big random guy who knows where I live is angry at being reprimanded at work. I paid nearly $800 for this experience. Awesome, right?
