So happy with our bathroom remodel! We had plumbing issues and backups prior to the remodel but James & James took care of that. They suggested we increase the size of our pipes which solved the issue. Now we can enjoy our new bathroom without worrying it will leak down to our second floor or backup at the connection to the sewer line. Great service and work you can trust!

Kyle came out and fixed our leaky sink a few days ago. He was right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly (we needed a new P-trap), and repaired it. Excellent work. I've used Ace Plumbing for more than 10 years, from big jobs (replacing a sewer line) to leaky showers and sinks. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

After making several futile calls, I called Larrett and left a message at their emergency number, as directed by their voicemail. To my surprise, I soon received a text message from Aaron, offering to come over! After I described the problem, he offered several options, including a DIY fix with support from their app. Aaron also offered to save me the Sunday overtime surcharge — working me into his busy schedule first thing Monday morning — which I gratefully accepted.
