Due to high demand volume there wasn't a free appointment right away. After an initial visit to write a quote, we confirmed and over several visits the fireplace was repaired with new parts and fine tuning so it would run perfectly again.

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

Angel came out to my mothers house to fix the water backing up through her bath tub. He gave us a detailed explanation of what was causing the problem and our options. We couldn't have been happier with how quick and efficient he was. Couldn't have asked for better service. We are glad that we have a plumbing company we can rely on.
