Good service but way too expensive.

Jim was the technician and came to check out our hot water heater and leaky faucet. The appointment was the same day I called, and after quickly tightening our bathroom faucet, he looked at the hot water heater and determined we needed a new one. The turn-around was awesome - he was back at 8:30 the next morning with the replacement. Not having hot water is a big deal, and our problem was fixed quickly. The pricing was fair as well. Jim was a total pro and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing!

Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.

The team was responsive and arrived quickly. We had an issue that other plumbers had no clue how to fix and had passed on and the technicians were able to resolve the issue within an hour! They were in general friendly and professional as well. They also saved us a ton of money not having to replace our very specific pump type.

He was very quick to respond to our needs right away and was here at our home quickly and did his work professionally and with a great price and had him come back again for other needs as well. We had a blockage issue with our sewage pipes that was causing sewage water to come back up in the tub, a pretty nasty scene to say the least. The plumber came over, assessed it and proceeded to do his thing. He was amazing with his service after assessing the problem couldn’t be fixed with a snake and had to bring in a high power hydraulic spray. It did the trick. Very attentive and great at explaining everything. I would highly recommend these folks for your issues. He also understood the issue that uniquely affected our street.

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!
