The guys showed up on time, had to go get more parts as the pipes were shot. Tough clogs, dirty work but they got it done, within 2 hours. Great job, will use them again!

I called Works Plumbing because I noticed a water leak from the ceiling in our garage that was likely coming from our bathroom. I called and someone came to our house the same day. He was able to come back to the house the next day and diagnose the problem. He was prompt and courteous. Will use them again.

Chosen Rooter was great!! They were flexible with our appointment when we needed to change last minute unexpectedly. Nick came to take a look at the pipes in our shower which another plumber had told us needed to be fully replaced. Other Plumber said we needed to pull up our shower, go in through our downstairs neighbors ceiling and replace everything in there. It was going to be a major job that would be expensive, invasive, and inconvenient. Nick was able to really get in and snake it effectively and the drain is running like a dream now. I appreciate how Nick was consultative, solved the issue and saved us from doing a major job that we did not need to do, at least not now. Here's to good honest plumbing!!

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.

The team was responsive and arrived quickly. We had an issue that other plumbers had no clue how to fix and had passed on and the technicians were able to resolve the issue within an hour! They were in general friendly and professional as well. They also saved us a ton of money not having to replace our very specific pump type.

Marco has provided several services for me. He has drained tubs, kitchen sink, replaced a toilet. Every time Marco has been quick to respond in timely manner, very knowledgeable and has resolved the issue accordingly. At this point Marco and I have developed a very amicable friendship not only because of his professionalism but due to his understanding nature and very approachable and friendly personality.

Kyle was great and very responsive. He did great work and is very thoughtful. We got our work done same day, which was a huge relief.

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!
