Javier C was my plumber technician for this sewer repair. He is so professional! He made sure we understood what the problem might be before setting to work. It did turn out to be my tree roots blocking the sewer pipe. He cleaned it out and explained the process afterwards. He was such a great pleasure to work with. Thank you, Javier and Works Plumbing!

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

There was a clog that needed to be drained and the pipe also needed to be replaced.Mike was responsive, on time, and friendly, and answered all of my questions. Our tankless hot water heater suddenly started producing water that was only lukewarm. Connor from Flow Masters arrived early. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. Connor quickly diagnosed the problem as cold water crossing over to the hot water line. He also gave me enough information that I was able to isolate the problem to the valve in our guest bathroom shower which is never used. Simply running the show for a bit resolved the issue.

I would definitely use Flow Master again.

The experience was nothing short of a nightmare. In a small 2 story building they were called to come in to change a small 5 gallon water heater on the 2nd floor that leaking downstairs, something that just about 5 years ago I did myself for only the cost of $150 for the water heater. I was busy and couldn't do it myself so I called R&L Plumbing, which at first they said it will cost $199 for them to come out and if I give them the job it will be applied towards the total cost of repair. Few hours later they sent a plumber with some else to diagnose the problem. Since I knew exactly what was wrong they didn't really have to spend more than 5 minutes to look at the situation and offer to change the small water heater for $450 including labor and the cost of the heater, which I agreed to pay. It took them about 3 hours to remove the water heater and they said sorry we'll have to come back tomorrow because if we stay the charge will be after hours charge and the cost will be significantly higher. Since this was on Friday evening they scheduled to return on Monday afternoon. This time they showed up in 3 trucks and six so called plumbers to install a small 5 gallon water heater and in addition to the initial $199 they charged my credit card $2550 for the lead plumber and his assistants. I will never use this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.
