Best Clogged Toilet Services in San Francisco CA

I had a leek under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbers and no one could come out today. Thanks, you guys came through. We are so happy and we know who to call from now one.

Called a plumber out to help me figure out where the leak was. Turns out two of the toilets were running when I was out of town. The techs solution was to replace the parts 2k or replace the toilets 4K and was pushing me to replace the toilets because who knows other parts might fail and I’ll have to replace the toilet in a month anyways. The 4 k price includes 2 toilets plus install and takeaway. I asked them how many hours this would take and what’s their hourly charge and material costs. And his response was we charge by job. I told them to email me the estimate which they never did. And when he left I went on Home Depot’s website and they charge 20 dollars for the parts to replace, 100-300 dollars for the toilet and Home Depot will install each toilet for 315 each. So even if I did go the route of two new toilets plus install and take away that’s still $1200. 4K for that same job is highway robbery. And I get it plumbers will often charge 4x more for an emergency call but this wasn’t an emergency call issue since I already had called the water department to turn off the water and had the water turned off at the main. And when I found out it was those two toilets I had turned off the water to those bathrooms. So there was no emergency and they weren’t offering to do it same day to fix my problem.

These people are either crooks or the tech gets paid hourly and was just killing time giving me an outrageous number while sitting in his van pretending to write up an estimate he never sent me. Because he had me wait a good 20 minuets before his estimate was “ready” to talk about.

Isaac is phenomenal. I had a gas line issue for over 2 weeks, with multiple technicians out from PG&E, and he resolved what they couldn't in 30 minutes.

The plumber arrived on time and called ahead to let me know what time he would be there. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He was very thorough inspecting everything after he had unclogged the drain and noticed that two pipes that had started to leak. He quickly replaced the pipes. The fees charged were as quoted and very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. the pipes under our kitchen sink had not be properly installed by the previous owner & were leaking. AB came out the next day and had everything fixed in less than 30 min. The two crewmen were both great. knowledgable, friendly, and respectful of the house (shoes/masks etc).

I believe they came by and they were as helpful as helpful as they could be. considering businesses don't like to cater to tenants when there's problems they think that we're not going to have the money for the large repairs which they're right but we still deserve to be safe.
