We needed a new sewer lateral for two adjacent buildings in Noe Valley. This was a complicated and expensive project that O’Grady handled professionally, quickly and less expensively than any of the other plumbing companies we interviewed. O’Grady and his team may be a bit eccentric but don’t be fooled, they are the best!

Would not recommend - This company dispatched a technicians to our site to help out with a cut water supply line. Upon arrival the technician first said they didn't have the materials to complete the job. Then after checking with dispatch why a technician with no materials would be sent out to us - they changed their excuse and said the technician didn't have the correct tools to complete the work.

We were told it would take 2 hours to go get the correct tools and return to complete the job - nonetheless, we agreed but 20 minutes later they called & said they didn't even have the correct tools to repair the cut pipe.

Very unprofessional. For a 24/7 company they are very unprepared for any emergency.

Juan was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly - honest! His experience showed as he properly diagnosed my sewer problem and resolved it very quickly.

I had hired another plumbing company for the same problem in June 2021 and they concluded that the sewer pipe under the sidewalk was collapsed and that the vent hole was plugged with concrete. They recommended replacing the sewer pipe by trenching and tearing up part of the sidewalk with an estimated cost of $8,900.00.

This was not the case with George Salet Plumbing. When Juan arrived, the first thing he looked at was the vent hole and said that it was compacted debris (not concrete) which could possibly be broken up and vacuumed out with a shop vac. My son and I got to work on this while he went to set up a camera to inspect the pipe from inside the garage. We were able to remove the debris and unplug the vent hole and Juan made sure that the sewer line was clear in both directions (toward the city main in the street and back towards the house). He also verified that the sewer line was NOT collapsed and that it was in good condition with the camera. It was such a pleasure to watch a professional who really knew what he was doing work his magic! A trusted colleague had referred me to George Salet Plumbing and I am so glad he did! Juan was fantastic and I highly recommend George Salet Plumbing!

I used to deal with R&L plumbing when I worked in a property management company in SF. Larry (the owner) and all the R&L staff are awesome, they are fast, very professionnal and results are here! Absolutely no problems in all the work they did!

You can count on Yevgeny, he goes above and beyond to help his customers! Yevgeny helped me when the water heater for my tenants went out. Although he did not install the water heater, originally, he patiently explained my options. He squeezed time into his busy schedule to replace a faulty gas value and got the hot water working again. I will definitely call Yevgeny again for my plumbing needs!

I retained AB Plumbing services to install a new gas line for commercial dryers that we are installing in a hotel. The crew was on time, professional. They completed the work and then leak tested it. We will definitely use them again!

Simply The Best. Marco and his colleague came within the time he said he'd come. They were very professional. What struck me was his honesty because I thought the job to be done on the toilet leak was much more extensive but Marco advised otherwise. Our water heater exploded!! Antonio came by on short notice and offered to get us hot water by getting a new hot water heater installed the same day. Great professional work, would use again.
