Genteel is an excellent local plumbing business that goes above and beyond to ensure total satisfaction of their customers. After inspecting and advising us on a dishwasher issue, they also fixed all of the clogs in our bathroom that we’ve been dealing with for months. I wish we had called sooner! Late Thursday night, I had plumbing emergency where I noticed leak under my kitchen sink. I have heard many good things about GeneralSF, and thought to give that company a call. Yevgeny came out on short notice. He explained what he is going to do in details and transparently. As Yevgeny worked to fix the leak, he was also patiently explaining what he was doing. Yevgeny was able to fix the leak in no time. Yevgeny was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in getting the job done and is a true professional. I am thoroughly impressed by professionalism and ability to fix the problems in the timely manner. I am going to go with GeneralSF from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Jacob was very professional. He discussed what he would be doing every step of the way. I appreciated is insight and knowledge on how to fix the air actuator switch on our whirlpool. Would work with him again. Lutz was a great choice!

The team was responsive and arrived quickly. We had an issue that other plumbers had no clue how to fix and had passed on and the technicians were able to resolve the issue within an hour! They were in general friendly and professional as well. They also saved us a ton of money not having to replace our very specific pump type.

Marco has provided several services for me. He has drained tubs, kitchen sink, replaced a toilet. Every time Marco has been quick to respond in timely manner, very knowledgeable and has resolved the issue accordingly. At this point Marco and I have developed a very amicable friendship not only because of his professionalism but due to his understanding nature and very approachable and friendly personality.
