Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. Antonio was very professional in replacing my shower’s water temperature mixer. He took the time to check if the installation was done properly and made sure that everything worked before he left. I finally have hot water back on my shower.

Miguel and Victor did a great job replacing 9 water valves in my home and installing a bidet, they were diligent in making sure that everything worked well when they left and they were transparent about issues I might have down the line. Since they were not able to solve it without major work that we decided not to move forward with they didn't even charge for the time. I truly respect the professionalism and clearly they were there to help me solve a problem not just to make a buck. I'll be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

Had AB plumbing do an open wall estimate to find a leak that had been going on for weeks. They offered different options to address the issue and after carefully explaining it to me we decided to start with the cheaper suggestion and work our way through. Problem was found, fixed and I felt that the communication was amazing and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend and be using them again.

My water heater quit working. I called my old company and they said it would take a few days. Daniel came out the same day to replace it. He is nice and very trustworthy.

Phil and Dan are great. Phil helped me find the right faucet and water filter for my kitchen and also helped me order an obscure part for a bathroom sink from Italy. It took several weeks to arrive (thx Covid), but Phil was great at texting to keep me updated on the arrival. Dan did the installation and did a flawless job.
