My Sewer was clogged up with roots, Mo and Juan Showed up within an hour and were able to deal with it within an hour they were great.

Extremely professional and expert plumbers! They immediately identified what looked to be a very complicated plumbing issue with drain clogging. They arrived on time, had all the tools they needed, and fixed the issues quickly. Gerson is the plumber that visited me - he wore a mask all times, and was very courteous and well mannered - he's the man! Thanks O'Grady Plumbing!

Plumber showed up an hour later than the window provided. Things happen that are out of someone’s control, so I understand to a point, but I had to call and ask where the plumber was- they were not proactive.

Plumber had to borrow my ChannelLock pliers, had to borrow a bucket and towels. He left our hose in the vent on the roof of the unit.

There was no care AT ALL given to try and protect the floors , walls or the fixtures. When brought in the augers- scratched the bathroom floor tiles and the wood floors

I spent over an hour deep cleaning the bathroom after he left

Mo did a good job for us - installed a water heater expansion tank and replaced a pressure reducing valve on the main line. Mo ensured that everything was working properly and there were no leaks. Mo was very attentive to details. Thank you!
