Don was great. We had a water heater blow and he came over right away, assessed the problem, and made recommendations. I was considering going to a tankless system, but after determining the work and cost involved, he recommended against it even though it would have been a bigger job for him...very honest...and his recommendation made sense. Don came and did the heater removal after hours just so I could get the handyman in to mitigate the water damage faster...he just went out of his way to help. I scheduled the water heater installation a few days later and the plumber Zach was on time and very courteous. We asked to have him do some trivial task, like remove some stickers, and rather than give us grief, he just said, your house, your rules...no problem. It was the pinnacle of customer service. The work was immaculate...they did a great job all around. Without hesitation, I'd use Core Plumbing again, and would recommend them to everyone.

This was my first time contacting a plumbing company for a repair on my home and couldn't have been happier. I really appreciated the upfront pricing - they explained this over the phone. Eric T. arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and after hearing my explanation and looking at the PRV valve he knew that was the problem. He also suggested replacing the main shutoff valve because of the age and I knew it was an honest recommendation and not just trying to sell additional services. Eric did a great job with the repair and everything looked just as it did after he left, with the exception of a nice new pressure regulator valve. I'd definitely use Anderson again!

Gabriel was the plumber sent to take care of my plumbing issue by Bill Howe. I was a bit nervous at first. I've had many plumbers in the past come out to preform services; however, he was by far the fastest and best I've had out,! He was knowledgeable and very clear on his estimates of services. I cannot rave enough about the incredible service I received from this company and its individual employees. They came after hours and once we realized the wrong size tank was delivered Francisco came the next morning at 6:30 AM once the warehouse had opened to install immediately so my family could have hot water to begin the workday. They went above and beyond the best service possible and I have already referred them to several of my friends. Water heater in my hotel room was leaking due to which customers were facing inconvenience. Other plumbers of Orange County were saying all the parts have to be replaced which would have cost a lot. So I called EZ Plumbing USA after getting a suggestion from an employee. He asked me to try their services. Surprisingly, their plumberfixed it without changing all the parts. He cleaned everything properly and only replaced the leaking pipe. I’m impressed by their services.

I had a water heater that was just starting to leak. I called my son who had a water heater replaced a year ago and he said call Quick Water. I called and spoke with Dimas at 5:30 in the evening. He asked if it was an emergency and I said no. Dimas setup an appointment for 8:00 the next morning. Tom arrived at 8:00 and we discussed options. Tom did not try to sell anything. He presented options and explained pros and cons of each. It was my decision to make with no pressure. My wife and I agreed on the solution and Tom made one phone call and said we would have hot water by the end of the day. Tom arrived in the afternoon with all the materials for the job. Erik arrived shortly after. Dimas and Adam also arrived to help. They worked non-stop until 11:30 in the evening. The job was completed. The entire team was remarkable. I needed some additional besides the water heater, still all was completed. These people know what they are doing and they only do what is necessary. Anytime a decision had to be made, Erik explained the situation and his suggestion.The best part, besides being completed that evening, was that the price was exactly what Tom quoted in the morning - nothing added. My son has referred Quick Water to 5 neighbors and I will refer them to anyone needing repairs.
