Jason from Courtesy came out last year to fix a tough job. Exactly a year later had another tough repair at the same place. The only appointment I could get was a week out but a few days later they called and said they had an opening. Jason came out again and just like before it was fixed the same day. Everyone that works there is professional and does excellent work. I have been a customer for over 10 years. They are my first choice in plumbing.

First able, after I contacted them, it was very quickly and easy to schedule. I had no power on my home and Aaron arrived quickly at my property. He was a very nice and respectful, but more than that, he checked that all the outlets had the proper installation and repaired the ones I needed it. I will definitely recommend this business in the future!

They came out to detect a leak. Told me where it was and gave me a quote of 3700 dollars to fix. I reached out to two other licensed plumbers both gave me quotes below 1700 dollars. One fixed it and it turns out they were wrong about the location of the leak. Hired another company and they found exactly where it was. I asked for a refund and they told me it was the fault of the company I hired. No accountability and very bad methods as compared to the other company I brought it. Offered nothing but to come back out and charge me again. Do not use them if you want anyone to stand behind their work.

My Perry Plumbing plumber Reyes Cruz is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. He had come out twice to see what repairs need to be done to tub and double sink in bathroom, one of which will be more difficult than usual, yet he came up with a good solution. Work not yet done, but for these initial stages I am very pleased.

My friend had an emergency situation at her house in point loma and the only san diego plumber that answered the phone at all were these guys. Granted it was like 1am. We were busy trying to keep the carpets from being totally destroyed (a pipe had burst) so we didn't even notice he had showed up lol.
