My system is now working well. Was a challenge because installers were not able to go over, in detail, how to operate my New system; they handed me the manuals. Due to the impact of covid and omicron they were short qualified Technician staff with wait time for parts, as well. Current office and Tech staff have been in good contact throughout my warranty repair & check.

I called up Socal Plumber to fix our clogged toilet, and our slow draining kitchen sink. It was a weekend and I was wondering if there is a plumber available. They mentioned about their same day service, and so I booked an appointment. The plumber came in a couple of hours later and fixed the toilet and the sink drain right away. It is definitely worth the price. The plumber also wore a face mask and a shoe cover throughout the servicing, and he cleaned up his work area. Good job!

Starting with Cody who came and accessed what we needed to be done to solve the cooling issue to Cole and Matt that did the install the entire experience was very professional and high quality.Not only are we happy with the outcome but we are extremely pleased with the guys. I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. Initially we had Brinks among 4 other sewer repair companies provide bids for our sewer line problems. The Brinks techs spent almost 3 hours completely scoping out the problems with cameras, and as such, nothing was left to chance. No other company came close to that assessment. No fee was charged for all that work. Additionally, the owner of Brinks Services visited us prior to any formal bid and contract. He explained the necessary work, answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. This was important because I wanted no surprises or change orders in our project once the initial scope of work was defined. The bid, and scope of work including timelines, were all comprehensively addressed in the contact. Very well done.The work itself was extensive and involved over 3 weeks at our home. The staff who did the work were the best. Totally professional, courteous, and great communicators. All our concerns and questions were promptly addressed. Even when I found one of my toilets in my shower. I got a great picture. They worked hard to minimize the significant inconvenience of not having working sewers in our home. The repairs were finished as outlined in the scope of work with no surprises. Brinks office staff were also quite professional and informed us every day of the work schedule.In summary, Brinks Services did the work in a professional manner from start to finish. I have a problem of burner shutting down on lighting up. The manufacturer of Reem recommended village plumber since it’s still under warranty . They didn’t do anything valuable other than told me to replace water heater. No real diagnostics beside guess, paid over hundred dollars for nothing.

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
