He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. My wife and I hired Brinks to line our 60 year old decaying and cracked cast-iron sewer lines. Unlike the other quotes we received, they were able to offer us a suite of lining methods so that we would not have to dig into our slab in any areas of our home. This was big for us since we wanted to maintain the original finishes and flooring. The other quotes we received were A. more expensive and B. would require us to remodel portions of our bathroom, which we did not want to do. Overall we are happy with Brinks and their service.

After I met the owner Marco come to find out he is one of the weakest plumbers I have ever met, he might have the book smart but doesn't know how to plumb and he tried to slave work me with out a lunch for 3 days and then his office tried to classified me as a independent contractor. A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out.
